Frozen Raspberry Iced Tea Lemonade Recipe | Summer Refreshment

Frozen Raspberry Iced Tea Lemonade

A no-fuss summer crowd-pleaser using DAVIDsTEA's Frozen Raspberry. A naturally light beverage, deeply refreshing, and stunning in a glass with fresh mint.

Ingredients

Steps

  • 1. Brew the tea: Steep 2 tsp DAVIDsTEA Frozen Raspberry Tea (loose leaf) in 400 milliliters of boiling water for 5 minutes. Don't over-steep — the raspberry flavour turns sharp.
  • 2. Sweeten and chill: Stir in 1 tbsp honey or agave while the tea is still warm so it dissolves fully. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 3. Build and serve: Fill glasses with 2 cups ice. Pour the chilled tea over ice, then squeeze in 60 milliliters fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons). Stir, top with 4 fresh mint leaves, and serve.

Notes

For a sparkling version, swap 100ml of the water for Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Water (also on PERCUP). Completely transforms the drink. You can grab the tea here.
