Iced Colombia Mandarin Cold Brew

Bright, citrusy cold brew that practically makes itself. Uses SOFE Coffee's Colombia + Mandarin cold brew bags — no equipment needed, just time.

  • 1. Steep overnight: Place 2 SOFE Colombia + Mandarin Cold Brew Bags in a jug with 500 milliliters of cold filtered water. Seal and refrigerate for 12–16 hours. The longer you go, the bolder the mandarin notes.
  • 2. Remove bags: Remove the cold brew bags, squeezing gently to extract the last of the flavour. Don't wring — that introduces bitterness.
  • 3. Serve over ice: Fill two glasses with 1 cup of ice cubes each. Pour cold brew over ice. Add 2 fresh orange slices to each glass and 1 teaspoon of honey or simple syrup (optional) if you'd like a touch of sweetness. Serve immediately.

Notes

The mandarin is already built into the bean, so no extra flavouring needed. Works beautifully with a splash of MILKLAB oat milk if you want a creamier version.
