This is a rare treat, taken from the best first flush, early crop leaves, harvested from multiple cultivars primarily from the Kagoshima (Kirishima City) regions. Masterly blended in harmonious proportions and milled to perfection on a traditional Mikage Stone to produce a velvety moldavite-green powder. This 1,200-year-old method is what gives Midori Spring's Gold Class matcha its delicate fine texture, beautiful floral scent and perfect 'whiskability'. Matcha I can drink on it's own

I was looking for a matcha that I could drink all by itself with maybe a touch of sugar. This one is pretty damn good by my standards. It tastes clean and not bitter, which was surprising to me because I have tried different types by this brand, and all but this one needs some type of milk. They're all a bit pricey, but if you're going to spend on this brand and want to enjoy a cup of matcha without all the milk, this one is very good.

New favorite matcha

I purchased it and this is the best tasting matcha I’ve ever had. My go to was aiya which is good also but this is better tasting by far. Overall Love love love. Gives a little boost in energy as well.
