What is your returns policy?
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns. No return requests will be accepted on items that have been delivered without any damage or defects. We’ll only accept a return if an incorrect item has been sent to you.
What is your returns policy for roasted-to-order coffee?
For freshly roasted coffee, we can only accept returns for whole-bean products, and only if an incorrect item was sent. For ground coffee, we’re unable to accept returns, as roasteries treat ground coffee as a final product and cannot repurpose it once prepared.
What happens if I do not accept my order on delivery?
We’ll try to deliver your order to you three times. If you’re not able to accept it, the shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
I received a damaged / faulty item. What should I do?
Drop our customer care team a message at hey@percup.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged item and a summary of the issue. Once the team has reviewed the information, they will contact you with a resolution.
