We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Because we sell food and beverage products, returns are accepted only if the item is:
We cannot accept any item that has been opened, used, or had its seal broken, for health and safety reasons.
To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will arrange collection or send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on where to send your package. Returns must be sent to: PERCUP LLCFZ, Meydan, NAS, Dubai. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Inspect your order on delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description to [email protected]. We will review and make it right.
We make three delivery attempts on every order. To make sure your order reaches you smoothly, please double-check your address and contact details at checkout. If an order is unclaimed or returned to us undelivered, the original and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
The fastest way to get what you want: return the original item, and once accepted, place a new order.
If your order ships into the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, email us at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision to cancel, or request our model cancellation form.
The item must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Sealed food and beverage products that have been opened cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. For eligible unopened items, we will arrange the return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. For EU orders, refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
