Yuzu Sparkling Cold Brew Float
The easiest summer recipe on this list — two RTD beverages from PERCUP, poured over ice. No brewing, no prep. The yuzu cuts through the coffee perfectly.

Ingredients
- 1 can ST. ALi Wide Awake Cold Brew (or Feels Good Cold Brew)
- 1 can Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 thin lemon or yuzu slice for garnish
Steps
- 1. Fill with ice: Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice.
- 2. Pour the cold brew: Pour 1 can of ST. ALi Wide Awake Cold Brew (or Feels Good Cold Brew) over the ice first.
- 3. Top with yuzu sparkling water: Slowly top with 1 can of Kimino Yuzu Sparkling Water — pour down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles. The yuzu aroma will hit immediately. Garnish with 1 thin lemon or yuzu slice and serve without stirring.

Notes
The ratio is roughly 2:1 cold brew to sparkling water, but adjust to taste. For a softer roast that works better in longer beverages, try the Feels Good Cold Brew instead of Wide Awake.
