Humantra redefines daily hydration with its premium electrolyte and vitamin blends. Crafted with natural, plant-based ingredients and all six essential electrolytes, their sugar-free sachets support immunity and overall well-being for everyone, not just athletes.
Added vitamin C, vitamin B12, zinc and chromium support immunity, energy, metabolism and skin and hair health, making Humantra an easy part of a balanced daily routine.
Humantra makes sugar-free electrolyte sachets. British entrepreneur Charlie Wright started the brand in Dubai in 2022, and it was incubated with HB Investments, the family office of Huda and Mona Kattan. It now sells across the UAE and the UK, and later backers include JamJar Investments, the fund set up by the founders of Innocent Drinks.
Each sachet has all six main electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and phosphate. On top of that you get vitamin C, vitamin B12, zinc and chromium. It is sweetened with stevia, has no caffeine and comes in at 5 to 10 calories. The range is vegan and gluten-free. Every batch is Informed Sport certified, so athletes who are drug tested can use it.
Tear open one sachet, tip it into 500 ml to 1 litre of cold water and shake. Humantra suggests one a day, usually in the morning. People also take it after the gym, on long-haul flights and after iftar in Ramadan. If you have kidney disease or high blood pressure, or you follow a low-salt diet, check with your doctor first.
A box of 20 sachets costs AED 115 on PERCUP, the same price you'll see at other major UAE retailers. Orders over AED 200 ship free, so two boxes get you free delivery.
Most hydration products fall into two camps. Sports drinks carry a lot of sugar. Cheap tablets often stop at sodium and potassium. Humantra sits between them: a full set of electrolytes, no sugar, and flavours mild enough to drink every day rather than only on race day.

If you prefer less sweet drinks, start with Himalayan Lime. If you want something closer to juice, try Mango. Lychee is the lightest of the six and works well for sipping through the day.
PERCUP stocks six flavours, each in a box of 20 sachets: Elderberry, Mango, Lychee, Himalayan Lime, Black Cherry and Berry Pomegranate.

Not during fasting hours. Take it between iftar and suhoor. Many people have one after the iftar meal and another with water at suhoor.
Each sachet has 5 to 10 calories and no sugar. Humantra says this suits most intermittent fasting routines. If your fast allows zero calories, take it in your eating window.
