What Berry Pomegranate tastes like
Tangy pomegranate up front, then sweet mixed berries. It has the boldest flavour in the Humantra range, which helps if you find other electrolyte drinks thin or watery. Beetroot and carrot give it the colour.
When to drink it
Berry Pomegranate holds its flavour well in a full litre of water, so it suits a big bottle you sip through a long day. During Ramadan, many people take it after iftar to top up before the night. Never during fasting hours.
What's in each sachet
All six main electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and phosphate. Vitamin C, vitamin B12 and zinc. Zero sugar and zero caffeine, with 5 to 10 calories per serving. Sweetened with stevia leaf extract. Vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO and Informed Sport certified.
How to mix
Rip open one sachet, pour it into 500 ml to 1 litre of cold water and shake until fully dissolved.
