Filter / Pour‑Over Recommendation:
Use 18 g of coffee to 300 g of water at 94 °C in a Hario V60. Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in concentric circles over 2½ minutes to emphasize its crisp fruit notes and clean finish.
Espresso Recipe:
Dose 19 g and extract 38 g in 25 seconds at 9 bar—expect natural sweetness and a silky mouthfeel.
