Overview

Dark Sugars is our seasonal espresso blend, selected to cut through milk with a heavy body and a rich, chocolatey finish. It is 100% specialty-grade arabica.

Origin, Farm & Processing

The Brazil brings sweetness and body while the Indonesian component adds weight and a savoury, spiced edge.

Roasted for espresso, it's built to stand up in flat whites and lattes.

Taste Profile & Depth

Heavy and rich: dark chocolate with a hint of spice and a dense, syrupy body.

Very low acidity and a long, bittersweet finish — a bold milk-drink espresso.
