Golden Koicha is Clarity Tea's Grade A ceremonial matcha from Aichi, Japan. It's made from first-flush leaves shaded for 23–25 days, using the Okumidori, Yutakamidori and Asatsuyu cultivars, and whisks up a vibrant deep green with rich, creamy umami, natural sweetness and no bitterness.

Clarity calls it their most balanced matcha. It's smooth enough to drink whisked with water as usucha, and full enough to come through milk in a latte without added sugar. Nothing is added: no coloring, flavoring, sugar or milk powder.

The 250g refill pouch is the size Clarity supplies to coffee shops. Reseal after opening and refrigerate for the best freshness, or keep it in a cool, dry place in an airtight, opaque container.
