Pour water at 90–95°C and steep for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve plain or with a touch of honey.

Add 10 grams of cascara to 250 millilitres of room temperature water.
Cover and steep in the fridge for 12 hours.
Strain and serve over ice with lemon or mint.
