I just placed an order and would like to add to it. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, we can’t add items to an order once it has been placed. However, if your order hasn’t already been shipped, please contact [email protected] so we can cancel your existing order and issue a refund. Then you can place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can't be cancelled after they have been dispatched. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of being confirmed so if you need to place a cancellation request, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

The contact details on my order are incorrect. How can I update this?

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at [email protected] and they’ll be able to help.

I’ve not received an order confirmation or dispatch email. What should I do?

Drop our customer care team a message at [email protected] with your order number if you have it, or information about your order and they will get back to you within 12 hours.

I received an incorrect item. What should I do?

Sorry about that! Send a message to [email protected] with an image of the incorrect item you’ve received and information about the product you ordered. They will make sure you receive the correct item as soon as possible.
