How do I set up a subscription for a product? 

Simply visit the product page, select subscribe, choose your delivery frequency and then add to cart and complete your order.

Will I be charged for delivery on my subscription order?

We offer a 5% discount on shipping for subscription orders and free shipping for orders over $80.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

When you sign up, you’ll be sent a link to your registered email address which will redirect you to your subscription account. Here, you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions and account details.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! Just go to your subscription panel on your accounts page and select Pause or Cancel. You can cancel for free after your fourth recurring order, if you cancel before then a 5% cancelation fee based on the subscription order value will apply.

Can I also shop for one-time purchase products when I’m placing a subscription
order?

Yes! Simply add your one-time purchase product and your subscription product to the basket and checkout as normal.
