Colombian Coffee Beans

Discover the best Colombian coffee beans — specialty-grade single-origin and blend coffees from Colombia's most celebrated growing regions, freshly roasted by award-winning roasters. PERCUP stocks 60+ Colombian coffee products covering every brewing method: whole bean, ground, Nespresso-compatible capsules, drip bags, freeze-dried instant, and ready-to-drink cold brew.

Colombia is the world's third-largest coffee producer and arguably the most consistent — known globally for bright fruity acidity, balanced sweetness, caramel and chocolate notes, and impeccable cup clarity. From the high altitudes of Huila to the volcanic soils of Nariño and the experimental anaerobic fermentations of Tolima, Colombian coffee offers more flavour diversity than any single-origin region in the world.

Colombian coffee regions we stock

  • Huila — Colombia's most celebrated coffee department. Mountain-grown at 1,500–2,000m elevation, Huila beans deliver bright tropical-fruit acidity, jasmine florals, and clean sweetness. Featured in Pina Colada Reserve Lot, Frozen Passion Fruit, Cereza Hidden Alchemy, and Sierra Morena Pink Bourbon.
  • Cauca & Nariño — Southern Colombia, near the Ecuador border. Cooler climate and volcanic soil produce delicate, complex coffees with crisp acidity.
  • San Sebastián — Featured in our La Gente Colombia San Sebastián, a natural-process bean with red fruit notes.
  • Castillo & Caturra varietals — Two of Colombia's flagship cultivars. Castillo is rust-resistant and chocolate-forward; Caturra is delicate, sweet and complex.

How to choose a Colombian coffee

  • For filter and pour-over: Lighter roasts that showcase Huila's fruit-forward character — Colombia Maracuya, Cereza Hidden Alchemy, or Frozen Passion Fruit.
  • For espresso: Medium-roasted Colombian beans deliver balanced shots with sweetness and clarity. Sierra Morena Pink Bourbon and Co-Fermented Colombian deliver complex espresso character.
  • For milk-based drinks: Colombian coffee's caramel and chocolate notes carry beautifully through milk. Try Colombia San Sebastián or any medium roast.
  • For Nespresso machines: Colombia Caturra Capsules from La Gente bring single-origin Colombian character to pod brewing.
  • For experimental palates: Co-fermented and infused-process Colombian coffees (Frozen Berries, Frozen Passion Fruit, Hidden Alchemy) deliver some of the most unique flavours in the specialty coffee world.
  • Decaf without compromise: Sugarcane EA process and Swiss Water Process Colombian decaf preserve the bean's caramel, peach and chocolate character — chemical-free.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy Colombian coffee beans online in the UAE? +

You can buy specialty Colombian coffee beans online at PERCUP. We stock 60+ Colombian coffee products including single-origin beans from Huila, Cauca, Nariño and San Sebastián, plus decaf, capsules, drip bags and instant — from roasters including La Gente, Cafe Rider Roastery, Flava Coffee, Gold Box Roastery and Slick Coffee Co. What does Colombian coffee taste like? +

Colombian coffee is celebrated for its bright, fruity acidity, balanced sweetness, and notes of caramel, milk chocolate, and tropical or stone fruit. Compared to Brazilian coffee's chocolate-and-nut profile, Colombian beans tend to be more aromatic, more complex, and more acidic in the best sense — like the difference between a still wine and a sparkling one. Single-origin Colombian coffees from Huila are particularly known for jasmine florals and tropical-fruit clarity.

Where can I find Colombian Huila single-origin coffee in the UAE? +

PERCUP stocks multiple single-origin Huila coffees: Pina Colada Reserve Lot (Light Roast), Colombia Frozen Passion Fruit Specialty Coffee, Colombia Cereza Hidden Alchemy, and Sierra Morena (Washed Pink Bourbon from Huila). Huila is Colombia's most acclaimed coffee department, located in the Andean mountains. All Huila products ship across the UAE in 1–3 business days, with same-day options in Dubai.

What's the difference between Castillo, Caturra and Pink Bourbon Colombian coffee? +

These are all coffee varietals (cultivars) grown in Colombia. Castillo is a hybrid developed in Colombia in the 2000s, prized for its rust resistance and chocolate-forward, balanced cup. Caturra is a Brazilian-origin mutation of Bourbon that's widely planted in Colombia, known for sweetness and complexity. Pink Bourbon is a rare colour mutation of Bourbon with exceptional sweetness and floral character — the Sierra Morena from Huila showcases this varietal beautifully.

Is Colombian coffee good for espresso? +

Yes — Colombian beans make excellent espresso when roasted medium to medium-dark. Colombian coffee's natural sweetness and balanced body produce shots with complexity and clarity that Brazilian beans don't deliver. For pure espresso, look at Sierra Morena, Boa Esperança-style profiles, or Cafe Rider's espresso-roasted Colombian options. For milk drinks, the caramel and chocolate notes carry beautifully through cappuccinos, flat whites and lattes.

Do you stock Colombian decaf coffee? +

Yes — we stock specialty-grade Colombian decaf coffee using chemical-free decaffeination methods. Cafe Rider's Colombia Decaf uses Sugarcane EA process for sugarcane-based, chemical-free decaffeination, preserving caturra's peach, maple and chocolate notes. Flava Coffee's Colombian Decaf Single Origin uses gentle processing to maintain caramel and cocoa character. Both are excellent options for caffeine-sensitive specialty coffee drinkers.

How fresh are the beans and how should I store them? +

Every Colombian coffee on PERCUP is freshly roasted — typically shipped within days of the roast date, which is displayed on each product page. Specialty coffee is at peak flavour 5–30 days after roast date for espresso, and up to 6 weeks for filter brewing. Store whole beans in an airtight container at room temperature, away from light, heat and moisture. Don't refrigerate or freeze. Buy 250g–500g portions to finish within 2–4 weeks of opening.
