Fun fact: this black tea was named after Earl Charles Grey, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1830. Equally as delicious drank the traditional way with honey and lemon or as the Brits do with milk and sugar, measure 2.5g of tea for every 12oz of water and steep for five minutes for the perfect brew.

TRULY EXCELLENT EARL GREY

This is my new favorite Earl Grey tea. It has a smooth flavor and is forgiving to oversteeping. Many Earl Grey blends often are a little too astringent for me at times. The bergamot flavor is present but not too astringent at all. It reminds me of Earl Grey cream blends but without the cream/vanilla flavor. The tea leaves are gorgeous full leaf with blue cornflowers, no fines or small leaves. This is truly a joy to drink in the morning or afternoon.
