01Grind 20g of Decaf beans to a medium-fine consistency.

02Place filter in your pour-over cone and rinse with hot water.

03Add coffee, then pour 60ml of 93°C water for a 30-second bloom.

04Slowly pour the remaining 260ml water in concentric circles over 2.5 minutes.

01Grind 30g of Decaf beans to a coarse consistency.

02Add coffee to your French press, then pour 450ml of 95°C water.

03Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.

04Steep for 4 minutes, then slowly press the plunger down.

01Grind 18g of Decaf beans to a fine consistency.

02Tamp evenly into your portafilter.

03Extract 36ml of rich espresso over 25-30 seconds.
