01Tear open the drip bag and secure it over your favourite mug.Pour 30ml of 92°C water slowly over the grounds to bloom for 30 seconds.Continue pouring the remaining 170ml of 92°C water in slow, circular motions, aiming for a total brew time of 2-3 minutes.Remove the drip bag and savour the vibrant, fruity, sweet character of this Yemeni coffee.

01Place the drip bag over a sturdy glass filled with 100g of ice.Pour 120ml of 92°C water slowly over the grounds, allowing it to drip directly over the ice.Let it brew for 2-3 minutes, then remove the drip bag, stir, and enjoy a brilliantly refreshing brew.

01Place the drip bag over a mug and pour 100ml of 92°C water over the grounds, brewing for 1.5-2 minutes for a concentrated shot.While the coffee brews, steam 150ml of your preferred milk until it's wonderfully frothy.Remove the drip bag, pour the concentrated brew into a larger mug, and top with the steamed milk for a creamy cuppa.
