Sourced from 230 smallholder farmers in Raro Village at 1,900–2,250 meters elevation, this coffee grows in fertile red-brown soil ideal for high-quality Arabica. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, sorted by a skilled team of women, and sun-dried for 17 days on raised beds. Managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee, the process includes two months of rest before final milling and export from Addis Ababa.
