We are a roastery, a cafe and a social space in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and soon in Sharjah. Most of the work happens long before the roast. Buying takes us to the farms: Panama for auction lots, Colombia and Indonesia for experimental processing, Ethiopia for the fruity notes, Brazil for your daily cup. It arrives green and is roasted here in small batches, one origin at a time, to show the work already done at the farm. We hope you enjoy the coffee.
