It's one of those teas that has just the right balance.
I usually have it as is without any dairy and it works so well, just make sure you don't keep this soaking for a long time because the flavour are super delicate and refreshing. Another thing to note here, I feel the taste changes over time with this one, I felt it was amazing in the beginning and the more I used it the faded it got.
Probably store it in a dark container next time to lock in the flavours for long.

Definitely Chill and Delicious
I love this I tea. It has a light floral taste. I boil water and let about 1.5 tsp steep for 5 minutes, then drink it black. This tea makes me feel warm and calm. A perfect afternoon tea during a stressful meeting or a before bedtime tea.

WORKS WONDERFULLY
I suffer from anxiety and around the 24-27 th day of my cycle I experience 3-4 days of insomnia. This tea literally chills me out when I’m anxious, and makes me nice and sleepy. Slows the racing mind down, and it tastes lovely. Within 30 minutes of drinking a cup I can literally feel myself relax, get cozy in my body, and find peace in my mind. I still have to be mindful when falling asleep but I can actually achieve peace when my head hits the pillow. 10/10 would recommend. Life changing.
