01Grind 15g of Yemen Khaled Ahmri coffee to a medium-fine consistency.

02Heat 250ml of water to 93°C.

03Bloom the grounds with 30ml of water for 30 seconds, then pour remaining water in slow, even circles over 2.5 minutes.

04Enjoy the vibrant, spiced sweetness.

01Coarsely grind 25g of this rich Yemeni coffee.

02Add grounds to your French press and pour over 400ml of 90°C water.

03Stir gently, then steep for 4 minutes before slowly pressing the plunger.

04Savour a full-bodied cup, rich with caramel and spice.

01Finely grind 18g of beans for a concentrated brew.

02Tamp evenly and extract 36ml of espresso at 92°C, aiming for 25-30 seconds.
