01Grind 18g of beans to a fine espresso consistency.Dose into your portafilter, then tamp evenly with firm pressure.Extract 36g of rich espresso in 25-30 seconds.

01Grind 30g of beans to a coarse consistency.Add coffee to your French Press and pour 500ml of 93°C water.Stir gently, then steep for 4 minutes before slowly plunging.

01Grind 20g of beans to a medium-fine consistency.Place in your pour-over brewer. Bloom with 40ml of 96°C water for 30 seconds.Continue pouring water in concentric circles until you reach 320ml, aiming for a total brew time of 3 minutes.

01Grind 100g of beans to a coarse consistency.Combine with 500ml of cold filtered water in a jar or cold brew maker.Steep in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then filter out the grounds.
