01Grind 20g of beans to a medium-fine consistency.Place in your filter brewer, add 320ml of 93°C water.Bloom for 30 seconds with 50ml, then pour remaining water evenly over 2.5 minutes.

01Grind 18g of coffee very fine for espresso.Tamp evenly into your portafilter.Extract 36ml of rich espresso over 25-30 seconds.

01Coarsely grind 30g of coffee.Add to your French press, then pour 450ml of 95°C water.Stir gently, steep for 4 minutes.Slowly press the plunger, then pour and savour this full-bodied brew.

01Grind 80g of coffee coarsely.Combine with 600ml of cold filtered water in a jar.Steep in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours.Strain through a fine-mesh filter for a smooth, low-acid pick-me-up.
