02Pour 30ml of 93°C water over the grounds, allowing it to bloom for 30 seconds.

03Slowly pour an additional 150ml of 93°C water in circular motions, ensuring even saturation.

04Remove the drip bag after 2.5 minutes, letting the final drops fall. Savour your bright, fruity brew.

01Place the drip bag over a mug filled with 100g of ice.

02Pour 30ml of 93°C water over the grounds, blooming for 30 seconds.

03Slowly pour an additional 70ml of 93°C water over the grounds, allowing it to drip over the ice.

04Remove the drip bag after 2 minutes. Stir and enjoy a crisp, chilled cuppa.
