01Grind 15g of Papua New Guinea Sigri to a medium-fine consistency.Place in your pour-over cone. Bloom with 30ml of 93°C water for 30 seconds.Slowly pour the remaining 220ml of 93°C water in concentric circles over 2.5 minutes.Enjoy the bright, floral notes in your cup.

01Coarsely grind 30g of these speciality beans.Add to your French press, then pour 450ml of 93°C water over the grounds.Stir gently, then steep for 4 minutes before slowly pressing the plunger.Savour the smooth, sweet depth this method brings.
