Timor-Leste offers caramel sweetness, hazelnut, and gentle citrus for a balanced black cup that also holds up in a flat white. Ethiopia delivers bright strawberry, bergamot, and cocoa that bloom beautifully in milk. Both lots are lightly roasted, brewed as filter, then freeze-dried at –50 °C to lock in volatile aromas and preserve silky body. The result is barista-level taste in seconds, perfect for travel, office desks, or lazy Sundays.

Why Freeze-Dried?
Low-temperature dehydration preserves essential oils and aromatics far better than spray-drying, giving you fuller flavour and richer mouthfeel.

How to Brew
Black – Empty 1 sachet, add 200 ml 90–95 °C water, stir.
Latte – Dissolve in 30 ml hot water, top with 170 ml steamed or cold milk.
Iced – Shake 1 sachet with 150 ml cold water and ice for 30 seconds.

Make It Funky Tips
Add a dash of oat milk to Timor-Leste for creamy praline notes.
Blend Ethiopia with chilled coconut milk for a tropical iced latte.
