01Grind 20g of Los Abuelos beans to a medium-fine consistency.

02Place filter in your pour-over cone and rinse with 93°C water.

03Add grounds, then pour 60ml of 93°C water for a 30-second bloom.

04Slowly pour remaining 280ml water in concentric circles over 2.5 minutes.

01Coarsely grind 30g of Costa Rica Los Abuelos coffee.

02Add grounds to your French press and pour 450ml of 93°C water.

03Stir gently, then let it steep for 4 minutes.

04Slowly press the plunger down. Pour and enjoy the robust flavour.

01Grind 18g of beans to a very fine consistency, suitable for espresso.

02Tamp evenly into your portafilter, ensuring a level bed.

03Extract 36ml of rich espresso over 25-30 seconds. A true taste of Costa Rican craft.

01Coarsely grind 80g of Costa Rica Los Abuelos coffee.

02Combine with 600ml of cold filtered water in a jar or pitcher.

03Steep in the refrigerator for 12-18 hours to develop deep flavours.

04Filter through a fine mesh or cheesecloth. Dilute with water or your favourite plant milk to taste.
