The Complex Roast is a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee from the renowned Guji Zone, specifically the Kello Raro district of Uraga. Grown by 230 smallholder producers in Raro Village at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,250 meters, this lot benefits from nutrient-rich red-brown soil and high-elevation climate—ideal for producing complex, fruit-forward coffees. With tasting notes of blueberry, milk chocolate, and Earl Grey tea, it delivers a vibrant yet balanced cup, true to the best of Ethiopian natural processing.
