Set across just over 2.5 hectares, Karambi is supported by a team of 4 full-time and 60 seasonal staff, 90% of whom are women. With farms averaging 4 hectares and 8,000 coffee trees each, the station consistently sources outstanding cherries from within a 3-kilometre radius.
