Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan whipped cream (we used cocowhip)
- 3/4 cup silken tofu
- 1 tsp Hojicha Powder, plus more to garnish
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 vegan cookies (store bought works fine)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the vegan whipped cream and silken tofu. Fold the tofu into the whipped cream until combined. Set aside in the freezer to keep chilled.
- Brew the hojicha in a bowl using 1/2 cup hot water.
- Place one vegan cookie in the hojicha and let it soak for 5 seconds. Remove and place in a serving glass.
- Fill the glass halfway with the whipped cream mixture, then repeat step 3 with the remaining cookie. Fill the glass to the brim with the rest of the cream.
- Garnish with sifted hojicha powder and serve.
